This document sets out the general conditions (the 'Conditions') for using the Monsteadpeak platform. It governs the rights and obligations between you as a user and the platform operator. Please read these Conditions carefully and in full before using the platform, opening an account or carrying out transactions. They form the legal basis of use and are binding on both parties.
By registering, logging in, using the offered features or performing other activities on Monsteadpeak you expressly and fully accept these Terms of Use. Use of Monsteadpeak is permitted only for adults aged 18 and over. Minors or persons not fully legally competent must not use the platform. If we suspect a breach of this age requirement we reserve the right to block, restrict or delete accounts.
Operation of the platform may be subject to temporary technical interruptions, maintenance windows, updates or outages – e.g. due to market volatility, high server load or external events. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features, algorithms, pricing models or available markets may be expanded, changed, restricted or discontinued at any time without giving rise to claims against Monsteadpeak.
All platform content – texts, graphics, design, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos and AI-based analyses – is protected by copyright, trademark and other rights and is the property of Monsteadpeak or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, public disclosure or commercial use without our express written consent is prohibited and may have civil and criminal consequences.
As a user you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (e.g. identification data, contacts, payment information) is correct, complete and up to date. False or misleading information may lead to account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or legal action. Your personal data will be processed exclusively in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. We apply high security and transparency standards.
All investment and trading decisions you make via Monsteadpeak – whether manually or via AI automations – are your sole responsibility and are made at your own risk. Monsteadpeak provides a technical infrastructure but does not offer personal financial advice, recommendations or guarantees of profit. Financial markets (including stocks and cryptocurrencies) can be highly volatile and may lead to the complete loss of invested capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Only invest funds you can afford to lose.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Conditions at any time – for example due to regulatory changes, technical developments or new market requirements. We will inform you in good time (typically at least 14 days beforehand) by email, platform messages or on the website. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect will be considered acceptance. In the event of material changes you may close your account.
